chrisinhouston Professor Join Date: Sep 2001 Location: Houston TX Posts: 1,857	I like food related books and often spend time reading cookbooks but I recently finished a historical book called "Salt, A World History" by Mark Kurlansky. I am now 3/4 of the way through Anthony Bourdain's "Kitchen Confidential" Next up is "A History Of The World in 6 Glasses" by Tom Standage
