Well, resize it! (Duh.. sorry..) Don't know what software you're using. Most have a Resize function. Make sure it does a resample too, though that's usually automatic.

Wattsa matta, Fargon? Had to take a big shot to get all of your nakedness in the picture? Try taking one when you don't have a boner!

I always use paint since it is on pretty much any PC.
Here is a step by step process.

1) Right click the file
2) Click the "open with" option in the drop down menu
3) Select "paint" as the program to use
4) Once you are viewing the picture in paint click on the "image" menu
5) Click on the "stretch/skew" option
6) Put in percentages (i.e. 50% or 75%) until the picture is small enough. Just remember to put the same percentage in both the horizontal and vertical boxes so you don't distort your picture.

Hope that helps...

If you're really desperate you can email it to me and I'll resize it for you. (I promise not to make any other alterations. )

Actually, he emailed it to me but it got caught in my spam filter and I didn't catch it until I got back today. But then I couldn't do anything with it because it was tiny (the picture) so I asked for a bigger picture to work with.

Anyway, it's not Fargon's fault he hasn't come through for the ladies, yet.

Poor Fargon
He thinks the problem is he's just too big

Turns out his "whopper" is tiny by Bruce's exacting standards.

Now cut that out. :p
The picture he sent was 50 x 38 pixels (0.694" x 0.528"), with 72 pixel/inch and 164 Kb.
