Oooh, the plot thickens--I had been thinking the older child was a boy, but now that you mention it that does look like the beginning of a dress pleat at the bottom. On the other hand, the younger child is clearly a boy and he's got, what, a bouquet of flowers on the front of his garment? Hmm... I do agree that the boy on the right is not the Dwellar, it's either the child on the left or the mother.
