Outdoor Public Art
The Auckland, New Zealand Council, paid $200,000 for some wire sculptures to be mounted above a street.
The artist says they represent clouds and rain, but one of the many pieces has caused some people to say it looks like a penis and balls. The artist replied they looked different when lit in his studio. Penis and balls? They say that like it's a bad thing?
