Judging by what used to be called the Pacific Northwest,
that map is also the equal distribution of "medical" marijuana. (Map # 19 is the nighttime glow of all the tokes). |

The explanation: the labor force participation rate fell to 63.3 percent, its lowest level since 1979.
The chart shows the decline. Labor force participation is how many folks are in the game vs how many are in the stands. Unemployment is how many are sitting on the bench either because they suck or they are injured.
