Hihi....nope! I have fair-skin, so I protect myself from getting skin cancer. I wore a rash guard and surf leggings. I didn't take any pictures (too busy having fun), but someone did. I'd post up a pix if I remember to grab them from her.

Nice video Bruce! I just have the 3 hives now, but would like to get to about 10. I have 2 people that want me to place hives with them, one is a small farm, the other has a huge garden space.

What's making you happy today?

I'll tell you what's making me happy today, a hike to Dorothy Lake and perhaps beyond to Bear Lake. If you follow the link, the pushpin for Dorothy Lake is a couple screens below where the map opens up. Follow road 6412 and you'll get to the trailhead/end of the road... Description from Washington Trails Association.

This is a warm up hike for a bigger trip later this summer, one I'm very excited about, a trip of a lifetime.

See ya!

you cover up way too much skin. strip down and put on some sun screen. I would be glad to help with the hard to reach places.

please, pretty please with sugar on it

Easy breezy 33 hours this week.
Coulda shoulda woulda been more, but I didn't turn anything down.
Admit it's been a walk in the park and am acclimatising to the longer shifts.

Checkouts are now head-hunting me, and they seem to know shortfalls in their rotas well before Counters, so that is where I am doing my overtime.

Don't get me wrong, I still love the customer interaction and specialism on Deli.
But it's so hectic and people can sometimes be very impatient, to the point of being rude.
I'd never want to work checkout as my main job, but as a filler to rack up my hours it's better than having someone shout, "EXCUSE ME? Is anyone serving on here?" when you actually have a spit of rotisserie chickens in your oven-gloved hands

I do seem to be fitting in though.
One of the young lads told me I was his favourite new starter for ages.
And when I say young lad I mean I wouldn't even have had to start early to birth him. He just likes me because I'm as rude as he is.
Need to keep reminding him my name is not Sherry/ Cherie though.
Mebbe I should change my name to Jane. No-one can get that wrong, Shirley?

Only three hours today, but it's time and a half.
