It isn't meant to be accurate, some of the responses are just funny.
For instance, say your name is Dave (common). I plug in "Dave needs". First hit: Dave needs a hug.lol!! Let's try Jinx now: "Jinx Needs" First hit: Jinx needs a change of luck. I apologize, I get bored when I'm not working...The more common the name, the better, I say! Flint needs: Flint needs a neighborhood action plan to overcome Flint City Hall ...

Mine don't work properly.
If I type in Sundae Girl I get a couple of threads about a book of the same name and Cellar threads. If I use my formal first name I get pages of threads about a popstar with the same name (who was recently cheated on by her husband) If I use my usual first name, it's a fruit rather than a name and brings up really random results. Sigh.
