She took me off the metformin, too.
That's a big one for me. I was on 2000 mg a day. One of my other docs said that there aren't too many ppl that can successfully tolerate that much. I couldn't. The most I could do was 1500 mg, and still suffered just crazy diarrhea. Like pouring water out of a bucket. And now I'm off it completely. For now, anyway. We'll watch the numbers, and see.
