Happy Friday! This baby elephant is notable for only one reason: it's the first born in Israel, via artificial insemination. Just by chance, it's also the fourth baby animal pic in a row on Fridays. |

You're thinking of African Elephants. They have the huge ears. These are Asian elephants. They have small ears.

Ear size is dependent on price. They blew the budget on the rest of the elephant, and so they just got the base model ears.

Wow how cute, some of you probably know that I love elephants. I was also just given an elephant decoration for my Christmas tree, from a friend at work, it's so cute.
I'm going to seek more photo's of this new baby born in Lucky Israel. |
