Really it is pretty easy though. On the foreman, I usually let them sit on one side for 7-10 minutes, make the flip, let them go for another 5 and then make a center cut to check the color. I like them juicy on the outside but cooked all the way through. Yes, I'm anal retentive about making sure the grill lines go the same direction.
