- where they show you how to do the moves. Too bad just doing that completely wiped me out! I mean I know I am out of shape, but I didn't think it was that bad. I am not too sore today, probably because of all the breaks, but I am surprised I feel anything. mostly in the outer thighs and lower abs....or ab as I only have one
Well, I decided to try and do it 5 days out of the week. I figured if I posted about it somewhere, it would help me to do it - especially since I will probably have to do the intro a couple more days before moving to the actual workout. I don't know if anyone else is trying to get in the routine of exercising, but if you are, feel free to post! We could all use support, right? Don't leave me hanging!
