Christmas tree surprise-How cool is this?
The Meter, the millimeter, and the inch went to get a tree today and brought it back while I languished with my infirmity.
After we got the first set of lights up The Meter noticed this, deep inside near the trunk:

Times are tough, there's a recession going on. Obviously the birds found the nest wasn't worth what they owed on the mortgage, so they flew away. Probably looking for a fresh start in the south.
