Hotmail & G Mail Accounts Hacked

Anyone else affected?
I was (mentioned in What's Irritating You Today before I knew it wasn't just me)
Scam hits more e-mail accounts (BBC Link)

I had a spam email sent out to my contact list, recommending a Korean firm selling laptops. Which at least wasn't a phishing scam. I've changed my password.

Quote:
[Titled]Hello Friends!

Dear friend,
How are you recently?
I bought a laptop from a website: [[redacted]] last week. I have got the product. Its quality is very good and the price is competitive. They also sell phones, TV, psp, motor and so on. By the way, they import product from Korea and sell new and original products. They have good reputation and have many good feedbacks. If you need these products, look at this website will be a clever choice. I am sure you will get many surprise and benefits.
Greetings!

Good times, everyone who knows me knows I can't afford a new laptop.
Bad time, I've kept a few ex's on the contact list just because I never bother reviewing it.

Is it a real company supplying the laptops? Because the phrase "vicious consumer backlash" is in my mind right now.
