time to start up again

today i talked to a bud from the big P. good guy. like me he went in for bullshit. anyway he's living in my area and once again we are going to be workout partners. what my goal is for this thread is to record progress through fitness. i will take one pic weekly and post it here along with the workout that we evolve. no pic now. too damn tired. or too lazy. take your pick. but then again in saying that, that is the hardest thing to do! making workouts routine! once it's routine then you're golden. i might post a pic tonight. first workout is scheduled for wednesday. pic before then i promise.

sorta. but not really. he's still got 6 months left so technically no. but then again we won't be going out and causing any trouble. which is why ya know they tend to frown on the like hanging together. goin out and causing whatever trouble

I will be! Probably for a couple of hours before, too. I hope I can get a gym membership soon, actually. I have been wanting to get back in shape for some time, now.

just keep at it mon!

lmao grvdr!

just got home from the gym. i can barely lift my arms and it's only going to get worse! lessee here. we started off with 25 lb dumb bells and did 4 sets of presses with those. then took 20 lb'ers and did 4 sets of butterflies then went to another room and put the rope handle on the curling machine set the pin at 60lbs i believe for 3 sets then lowered it to 40 and did reverse curls for 3 sets. after that it was the curling bar and bench where we took dumb bells and sat on the bench with arms resting on the front pad and did 2 different exercises with those for 3 sets. then took the actual curling bar, by now at 20 lbs, my arms were starting to give way to fatigue, and did 4 sets hands normal spacing and finally wide spacing. my forearms right now are burning from the typing here! tomorrow is back and legs i think. my workout partner used to be a trainer so i go by whatever he tells me.
