as some of you know, things have really been tough for me lately. i am unemployed and my tumors have returned. when i returned from the va hospital today, i found out that i will no longer be in bryanna's and addie's life. this is not my choice. i'm sitting here looking at their gifts. anyway, this is the last picture i have of them

This is all wrong. What happened Sarge? You adore those girls. You are such a positive influence in their lives. How on earth can a decision be made (in your absence?) that you can't see them? If the answers are too personal for the main board then please explain via PM or email - when you are ready of course. Surely this is something that can/ will be resolved? I'm puzzled as to how it can involve both of them anyway. But mostly - almost entirely - just heartbroken for you. I know your children (and those you have "adopted") mean the world to you. I can understand that this must hurt more than a kick in the nuts. With steel toe-caps. You got Addie back once. Maybe you can again. In the mean time I am hurting on your behalf. I sent you a small package for Christmas. Something for Addie in there. Hope it doesn't hurt too much. Unless Elizabeth is into Disney princesses...

I don't know enough about this to say confidently something useful.
I have questions, first among them, what the fuck? But I do know that almost everything can be appealed. And I mean everything, from legal arguments issued by the courts to bullying threats from angry individuals. I sure wish I knew more. Until then, I'll just suffer in sadness with you Sarge. That's fucked up.
