if you're good at internet searches...
then, can you tell me how to find a listing of all Rhode Island Class C and D liquor license establishments?

According to this website, liquor licenses are established through the specific town council of the town in question.
This means that if you want to find a list of all C and D establishments in the state, you'll have to contact your local town council, and ask them (1) if there is such a thing and (2) who in Providence you would call to get it. Good luck!
