I can't find it at the moment but we had a thread about the online auction of several lighthouses by the Coast Guard.
Anyway, The Washington Post has a picture essay here (scroll down to "A Lighthouse to Call Their Own") showing the happy couple from Winona, MN, seeing for the first time and claiming, the lighthouse in Chesapeake Bay they'd paid $170,000 for.
