Godzirra

It's from the National Geographic photo site. "The local dragon, a marine iguana, grazes on green algae. But in warm water the plants become stunted and overgrown by brown algae, which the iguanas cannot digest. Many will die, their stomachs bloated like children of famine."
I think it looks like (s)he is attacking a mountain range.

Oh No!

Will Japan's gaily (old usage) painted dirigibles be enough to save Tokyo?

On a side note, Mangia Pizza in Austin had a lawsuit filed against them a while back by the Japanese company that owns the rights to Godzilla. Mangia uses the character as their mascot, and these guys were supposedly cracking down on unliscensed use of their copyright. I think Mangia's owners basically told the Japanese company that if they wanted to persue the suit, they could come over and do so. That was the last I heard of it. I guess it seemed a little pricey to get a team of lawyers to the states to fight it out over something that wouldn't do much for them anyway. That, or they're building an arsenal.
