The proud son/daughter thread

Since he retired, my Dad had zero interest in taking care of himself. My brother, sister, and I have tried to get him up and moving. But have had no luck until recently. Dad was worried that my nephew wasn't going to learn to swim, so he's been taking him to the Y over the summer.

I don't know if he smelled a bargain or what, but he also signed himself up for water aerobics. He liked the first session so well that he's now taking water aerobics twice a week and is doing physical therapy twice a week. This is major working out for an 84 year old guy.

My Dad - soon to be buff.
