My experience with them has been fine, but I haven't tried to close any accounts. My brother did, and it took him over a year to get them to stop charging low balance fees on an account that should have no longer existed.

my SO uses BofA too. She hasn't had any major problems yet.
I might be but I'm not sure yet. I get paid via DD to my main acct at my credit union. I have linked that account to my BofA (joint) account used for paying my bills and sending my emergency money etc. After that was confirmed, I set up a recurring transfer (weekly) to send money from the one to the other. Checking the balance in BofA, it's not showing the deposits that are shown in my credit union withdrawal list. So where is the money going? We'll see. Brian
