Sept 2nd, 2017: Albino Trees
Northern California has eight of the 25 known Albino Redwood trees.
Albino redwood trees lack chlorophyll, so their needles are limp and waxy. They can’t produce their own food, so through their roots are attached to the parent tree. They grow up like children leaching off the parent and living in the basement at thirty+.  link
