This topic came to mind because the old sawbones put me on Cymbalta. I can stand under an AC vent and still sweat. UGG!

I sweat ... all the time.
It can be 20 degrees outside, I can be shivering in a t-shirt and still be drenched in underarm sweat. I looked into the surgical options for hyperhydrosis, but it turns out one of the possible side effects is numbness in the palm and fingers. Not even close to an option for me.
