Vampire Underwear
Hector rejected the curtain from Hebe's old room (blue with tiny silver stars.) The boys are away, I'm washing all their bedding, the curtains were in a crumpled heap on the floor and probably haven't ever been washed since I made them so I threw them in ...and added the undies as it was a hot wash. Now all the boys' socks and underpants sparkle in the light

Ha! Minifobette always asks me why I have a rule against glittery clothing. All our relatives know; if you give the girl clothing with glitter on it for Christmas, I will absolutely 100% return it no matter how much she loves it.
I can actually picture Thor kind of appreciating his new underwear's sheen. Kid marches to the beat of his own drummer. |

As long as she's doing her own laundry in her own washing machine, she can go right ahead. I'll even give her quarters for the laundromat.

We refer to one of the busboys at the bar as 'Sparkly'. It has nothing to do with his attire.

Bad timing. If this had happened last weekend, you could have just told them that guys wore sparkly underwear in the '90s.

Serves him right for leaving the curtains crumpled on the floor, monster is just an innocent tool of karma.

This is a much nicer post than I expected.
I had a horrible vision of blood-sucking underwear. I certainly wasn't thinking of Monster's children (offspring) but instead what it would mean to have blood drained from potentially engorged regions (AGAIN - NOT thinking of younglings!) and sucked and sucked and the whole medical community baffled. The mysterious wasting disease. The painful tests and treaments. The sadness of the slowly weakening owner of said underwear, who still managed to keep their lucky pants clean... I scare myself sometimes.
