According to Philly's WCAU, summarized in this MSNBC story, this was an S&M dungeon of international reknown. Hence the name. And the proprietor got $200 an hour for her services. $200 an hour! I wonder if the city's Licenses and Inspections bureau would be fine with the whole setup if they would just cross out the word "Computer". |
