9/21: Shaved Leopard

I looked at this one for a long time... this is a leopard named Joe. He has gone through brain surgery. He had a buildup of fluid on the brain. So they shaved him for the operation, but only the bits that needed to be shaved.

This is an older image from MSNBC week in pics - almost a year old. So I went to the Zoo's site (Fort Worth Zoo, fortworthzoo.com), where there was this image of Joe...

...and an update story telling us that Joe has made a full recovery. Way to go Joe!

another good friday image

i like hearing about this kind of stuff on fridays... i'm already having a pretty good week. i see this happy image and story on friday... eat some pad gai tonight (mmmmmm, pad gai...), sleep in tomorrow, play some quake... all with a happy feeling from seeing a silly looking shaved leopard

From a brain operation that surgrey opening is in awierd place. LOl for a second i thought this was photoshopped.
