Dwellar Age

I know we used to have a poll about how old we all are, but I couldn't find it and it was a long time ago with lots of comings and goings since. I feel like Dwellar Loyalty/stubbornness means the forum has aged (but not necessarily matured) with us and was curious to see how old we all are now. And I've been finding hard to guess the aged of newer dwellars. Probably because I'm only a (hag*) hair away from geriatric these days...

(and if anyone can find the old poll, I'd be interested to take a look at it)

I'm not going to make the poll anonymous, but if there are many who would rather not answer unless it is, I can create an anonymous one.

I'm somewhere between 41-45. Definitely at least 43 or 44, and turning 44 or 45 soon. ish

My granddaughter gave me an SF Giants tee-shirt for my birthday.
On the back it has Papa Jim and 78.
Her dad asked me who is 78, meaning what player.
My answer, of course, was "I am."
Turns out the number has never been worn by a Giant in over a hundred years.
I can't even find any player, any team, any time.

yup we definitely aged as a forum. Which is nice in a way, because I think that shows our sense of community we've developed..... But..?

Have you noticed that a lot of people, when asked how old they are, respond with "I'll be" whatever their next birthday will make them?

It drives me crazy, but it's a short drive.

I'm currently reading "Fall, or Dodge in Hell" by Neal Stephenson. You may be interested in it.
