I like it. I like the chain and I like the wood grain. Gotta wonder how they got the worn away look in the wood grain without visible tool marks. Wire brush followed by sand blasting?

The bike/glass work is marvelous...
...but I have to admit, a design automatically annoys me when I see gears placed in a configuration where they can't actually crank. For example, these gears won't turn, and so the "making it work" metaphor is ironically broken:
