Score one for surfing at work
A computer programmer looking at Google Earth satellite images has reportedly discovered the remains of an ancient Roman villa near Sorbelo, Italy.

That article would be far more interesting if it had the coordinates of the find. I put "Sorbelo, Italy" into Google Earth, and it couldn't find it.

it's actually north east of Parma
attached is a google earth marker -- just remove the .zip from the file name and open the file in google earth. |

well you can clearly see the river bend, but I don't see any old villa. Neat though.

yeah, you can't really see the villa itself. You can see a brown splotch in a field where the villa is.
