Latest Baby Photos
I just got back from another vacation in Vietnam. Every time I go there I'm happy, and every time I come home I'm sad. I feel like a king over there. I grew up in Vegas, and even with the constant construction going on there, I've never seen as much construction as I did in Vietnam. There are so many tall buildings going up, so many cranes, etc. I can't believe it. I'm seriously considering investing there.
Anyway, my daughter (Nina) is now 9 months old. My heart was nearly broken because I missed her so much. My wife and daughter went to Vietnam 5 weeks ahead of me. I never want to be away from my daughter for that long again. Nina has 2 teeth and can bite really hard. She can stand up by herself. She can say mama and dada or papa and knows what they mean. She kisses us when we ask her to. She knows how to clap her hands, to wave goodbye while saying "bye", to drink from a cup, to dance, and to make funny noises I've taught her (raspberries, etc.) I took a few photos with my iphone while there, so I'll post some.

Looking at the pictures in succession, I laughed out loud when I saw one of her blowing a rasperry after the innocent one of her sitting on the floor.
What is the name of the blue garment she is wearing in pic one? The only word that comes to my mind is kimono, and I doubt thats right. It looks comfortable. She is beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

It's called a qipao. I call it her Chun-Li outfit. My wife's cousin sewed it together for Nina. I'm so proud of the raspberry. Daddy taught her how to do that.

She is a beautiful little girl, and a happy and very loved one! Thanks for sharing the photos.
Do you pronounce her name "neena" or "nine-a"? I've heard both. It's a great name.
