There are a few other users I'd like to see lined up against the wall before this lightweight. I vote no execution.

At 10 posts I'd hardly call it intolerably irritating. Give her enough rope to hang herself -either she'll calm down and be a great addition, or she'll escalate it until a ban becomes the only sensible option.
