Always, unless I'm wearing a skirt or dress. Then I usually wear a lace t-back. Elastic bands leave itchy, red bands where ever they touch so I stopped wearing that type of underwear years and years ago.
You get used to going commando and then wearing undies feels wierd :p Stormie
