It means disappointing.

For all the hype, it was very meh. No mussels for 2 weeks because they refused to close (although according to our snooty but clumsy waiter, 99% of other seafood restaurants are still serving them. Go figure.) Outback's coconut shrimp is better, the calamari was soggy, the swordfish was tasteless, the salmon was so-so, the tuna was really good.

I would go back for half the price ($166 for 2A 2K)
