Christmas menus
All on 25th December ...
Breakfast: Scrambled egg with smoked salmon, toast, Electric Orange Juice, Coffee Lunch/Dinner (the Big One): Roast turkey (organic crown from farm up the road), pigs in blankets (pork sausages wrapped in bacon and roasted along with the turkey), roast potatoes, roast parsnips, sprouts, peas, carrots, gravy, bread sauce, stuffing (Gawd I hope I remember it all!) Christmas pud and brandy butter Wine (we used to be able to get a cracking sparkling red but I don't we can can any more so probably sparkling white). Tea: Probably nothing  . There'll be cheese and biscuits, pickles and chutneys available ...Single Malt Whisky.
