Cooking with an electric smoker
A co-worker gave me an electric smoker.
http://bbq.about.com/od/smokerreview...apr121007a.htm I am reading some negative reviews about how this unit can not get up to the minimum 225 degree temperature. Can anyone give me advice on using an electric water smoker?
