Well, in the grand scheme of things, this is pretty small potatoes, but now that the EPA isn't spending time going after air/water polluters (thanks Trump), I guess they've got more time to focus on the small potatoes.

And, of course, this won't be small potatoes to my a-hole neighbor. heh.

LPCs (Leather Personnel Carriers), those boots were made for walkin'.

I've had to do a timed and monitored continuous 20 mi., with a 65 lb. pack, in 4 hrs. through the Virginia foothills.

You should be able to do 30 mi. with just a water bottle and still make the drive home by lunchtime.

Of course, I'm older now; so, in your situation I'd just take a cab.

I'm longing for a glass or 3 of white zin - my fav beat the heat summer quench. I'll be calling a cab since my truck is in the shop. I love Espanola, it five o'clock 24/7 around here.

I have pet sitting later, and after that I'm joining a friend for dinner at a local Mexican restaurant. I think I need to rest up for that.
