That previous one was a daily duppy, they tend to be very fast (all crammed into 3 minutes) and a showcase for skill. Its rap for other rappers


This might be easier for someone not versed in the British style of rap (very very fast) and showcases his wordplay and flow. This is probably my favourite Fire in the Booth performance of all time - it's split into 2 parts - the first is a freestyle rap, the second is a beautiful and haunting spoken word piece.

His previous fire in the booth raps have covered things like mass incarceration and prisons for profit, the history of racism, his own experiences growing up, and the class system

This one is more of a flex and a commentary on the state of rap - what is valued in mainstream rap - but it is so stylishly done. He just flows through the beat, shifting the flow effortlessly as the DJ changes the beat

And the spoken word piece at the end is wonderful - 11:14 to jump to him explaining the set up and performing the piece.
