Improv Everywhere is a group that does harmless pranks around NYC. They have done a bunch of funny stuff, which you can find at the link I just provided. Maybe my favorite is the Dollar Dudes. I wish these guys were around here.

Fortunately for me, I haven't been subjected to any Presidential campaing ads this year. I'm not in a battleground state. So I have no idea what "wolf" ad you are talking about.
