I have a new addiction that has controlled my diet for the last two weeks-
potatoes and hot sauce!!
Sound gross? No, it's sooo good.

First, you thin slice the potatoes and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Then you toss them with 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter and dip in either Frank's red hot sauce or Tobasco chipotle pepper sauce. Yum!
Blue cheese dressing is a very nice accompaniment.

If you're feeling lazy, just melt the butter in the microwave with about 1 T hot sauce and toss it all- no need to dip. You can mix the hot sauce with the blue cheese, too.
