Yeah. Some of that stuff is crazy. Like the school bus stop thing. School bus stops often change location from year to year based on where the kids live. So what if you are a pedo, and you find an approved location, and then the following year the school district moves a school bus stop to four blocks away from you instead of six. Suddenly you have to move? That's hardly fair.

But as a parent, I don't want any predators near my kids. It would be nice to have a penal colony they could be shipped to.
