Lock her ass up and throw away the key! You can rearrange that and add or change words as long as the message is still the same. Why let her keep adding torment to your life? It's never going to change...

S-not all about helping them.
It is also about the ultimatum and the healing after they say "hell no".
Then you have the support group of family and friends who have said "NO DAMN MORE" and you all help each other stick with it.
