nope, buh.
its urine. spun in a centrifuge, smeared on a slide then stained using the papanicolaou stain, the blue and pink cells are squamous cells, and the tiny blue/purple specks are bacteria. female specimens using have more squam's and bacteria because the urine comes in contact with more outside tissue than a male specimen
