I got something different from that sketch.
Hmph....Yes people that don't qualify aren't just poor. They are losers. As we all know, basic logic: All poor people are losers: Tony is a poor person therefore: Tony is a loser. *don't feel sorry for those people, losers* People that don't qualify are also quazi criminals (single males as well, it would seem). laffy.
