 My Dad called it a reefer, Mom said fridge. I'm confused and it is all my parents fault.

It's fridge, as in refrigerator.
I have never heard or seen writing referring to a frig. I have heard people say friggin'. I just looked it up. lol It is called pseudo- profanity or minced oath. |
