We had talked about the Auburn/Oregon game so you know how I feel, I agree with you all the way here. I also can't wait to see Wisconsin Beat up on TCU. I was so happy when I saw this spread, I would have layed Wisconsin at 6.5 or better all day. Miami Vs. Notre Dame is a really strong game as well. On the one hand you have the overhyped Irish, vs. a Miami team that I feel is on the rise big time. Funny you mentioned the Missouri game, I bet it nice and early. The line has since come of the board, as the whole Iowa Program is about to get blown up, with the multiple arrests. Definetely like the Tennessee play vs. North Carolina. I though Tennessee should have been the favourite. North Carolina at 2.5 should definetely be trying to lure people on to them. Florida State game gave me a little uneasiness as they have definetely been coming on strong as of late. However I do feel South Carolina matches up really well against them, and should win this game by 10+. Syracuse/Kansas State, I don't have a good read on this game. I may stay away, but I think I'm gonna trust the College Bowl Guru on this one. ![]() I was looking at the Arkansas - Ohio State game, and the Texas A&M - LSU game. Private message me your thoughts, if you don't want to make a public play. Cheers |

There is no doubt that they are the better team, and should win this one easily. It helps that those watching from a distance may still be living in the past thinking Ohio State is the better team. So everything adds up to bet on Arkansas with your eyes closed. If i was betting $100-$500, i wouldn't really give it much thought. But that's not the case. My fear in placing money on Arkansas is when Ohio State has the ball, and they're gaining 20-35 yards per successful pass. Weather predictions for this game appear to be reasonable, and for this reason, i'm not gonna touch it. If wind and rain come into play, i will consider betting on the superior team. The LSU - Texas A&M game is even a bigger miss-match. I assume LSU will be able to score maybe 13-17 points. My problem with betting on LSU, is i'm not so sure they'll be able to stop A&M from moving the ball. If you watch LSU's big games this year....they knew what to expect from the teams they were playing, and they played amazing defense. This Texas A&M attack is not very predictable, LSU will not know what to expect. If i end up deciding to place money on this game, it will be on the inferior team.

Tonight's Southern Mississippi - Louisville(-3) game is the first bowl that interests me.
If you've read any of my bowl entries in the betting tips thread over the past couple years, you'll see that i've given Southern Mississippi a few times, and they've proven to be good picks. However, this is about as weak a Southern Mississippi team as we've seen over the past few years. Their main weapon(Defense) has become their weakest point. Southern Mississippi had a much easier program than Louisville, and yet they looked really weak throughout. Louisville is nothing special, but they're clearly the better team in this bowl.
