Go to the page of the video you want to post. Highlight only the stuff after the v= Paste that into your post. Highlight it, and hit either youtube button you see above the reply box (I think the second one makes them wide-screen.) For example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KaNt5S9pibQ (highlight this) KaNt5S9pibQ hit youtube button Voila! (Not so good at explaining, let me know if you have questions.)
