You can go to User CP>Profile Privacy>Profile Picture and set it for viewing by Registered Users only; then, put selected users on Ignore and the users on Ignore won't be able to see your profile picture while everyone else who's logged in can.

Then you tell them they're logged into the wrong Cellar url.

The link is cellar dot org without the www part. If you normally log in with the www part, you will go to that link as if you are not logged in. Hence not see the pic as we make those things private. And vicey versy.
