I saw your picture. That's how I found out that .jpg stands for just plain gruesome.

See? Gomer knows what time it is.
He's right, I'm so ugly, I could be a modern art masterpiece.

You both look like your attitudes in pictures
the only guideline is, if you didn't post your picture it is treacherous ground to speak of other people's pictures. and i am not jealous of the ones who look good, i am jealous of the ones who give of themselves so freely that i feel i know them |

Hotels.
I missed the window to join the group reservation for parents at the hotel for Pologirl's tournament this weekend. Because beest was busy dying, you know... I called them up and asked then to show leniency given the circs and give me the group discount anyway. They said "sure, but sorry, the hotel is fully booked that weekend". BS. I could book it through expedia or.... direct though their website -just not at such a good rate. So I did, but you bet I'm going to get my $$$ worth for the extra I had to pay wasting their time complaining about it

Oh my God my foot hurts so badly.
The arch is bruised, essentially. Or at least that's what it was the last time it felt kind of like this. Except this time it's worse, and I just woke up with the pain out of nowhere instead of after dancing all night in heels, and also there's a distinct lump under the surface of the skin about the size of a pea. I think it's a tiny knotted muscle, like you get in your upper back when you've overdone it on the gardening or whatever. And I have a vague memory of my foot cramping in the night but somehow falling back asleep without the cramp resolving, so for all I know I just lay there cramped up for hours and too tired to care. But of course it had to happen just days before taking a damn vacation with tons of walking involved. It hurts less being barefoot than in any kind of shoe, so I've been limping around with one shoe off whenever we're inside, and fuck what anyone thinks. |
