Yes yes it is. I started with the 24 mg then 14, but I guess I wasn't ready yet so I went back to the 24 mg today. Much better. I have no urge to sneak one.

I have no urge to smoke dope either even though I can get mariwana oil over the counter in SC. One of these days I will get down there. Too hot to ride a bike.

Of course, they should NEVER be picked up,,,my son in law made it to 55 and his lungs were gone...he picked up first cig at 10, quit when his first was born, but too late. Never got to see his 2 kids as young adults....
