But if an Albino can sell for $75,000 (which must be a bloody fortune in those parts) ... do you reckon some unscrupulous witch doctor would try to pass off a caucasian as albino? I would guess it has been tried.

I would guess that some of them are completely sincere, scrupulous, and well-intentioned.
