Sitting here thinking back on better days beautiful days days long past before that change the way things were back when it was so new and clean and pure when life was free and sweet and full of hope everything was clear and explained in full Those days are gone forgotten the ache the wretched pain of tomorrow displaces them chases them away But what about tomorrow Will I reach the goal (what goal) or die forgotten with nothing to show I'm sitting here all alone and its always worse when no ones home Why am I always alone alone in a crowd raving and ranting so loud wandering in this cloud and no one hears no one cares But why should they if I dont Why should I continue the charade if death is the only final outcome (just to pay my taxes) Just another sorry bastard too dumb to die too lazy to go away too arrogant to give up so here I'll stay
